Jessica has worked with a wide range of clients in home, school, church, and outpatient settings. She creates safe spaces with evidence-based practices to give individualized care. Jessica earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and a counseling certification through Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF). She completed her Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Masters of Divinity at Metro Baltimore Seminary.
Through this intersection of faith, psychology, and science, Jessica strives to offer support through a biological and developmental framework with a gospel and grace-centered foundation. She believes curiosity and enjoyment are essentials in the counseling process and loves to incorporate play and movement into sessions.
Outside the office you can find Jessica wandering in the woods, snacking, building her “to read” piles, and playing with her dog.
